Who is responsible for your data
Wild Clinic is operated by Wilding Tribe. Nutritional therapy services are provided by Mark Bennett, BSc (Hons) · mBANT · CNHC. For any question about your data, contact info@wildclinic.co.uk.
What this website collects
Nothing. There are no forms, no accounts and no client database on this website. Browsing it does not create a record about you.
When you enquire or become a client
If you contact the clinic by email, or complete an intake assessment through the clinic’s practice system, that information is held as part of your health record under the practitioner’s own record-keeping and retention policies, in line with the CNHC Code of Conduct. Health information is ‘special category’ data under UK GDPR and is processed on the basis of your explicit consent and for the provision of healthcare.
Video consultations and transcripts
Consultations are held by video call inside the clinic’s practice system. The system transcribes the consultation automatically so the practitioner has an accurate record of what was discussed. The transcript is held as part of your health record, under the same confidentiality and retention rules as the rest of it, and is used only for your care. You are told at the start of the consultation that transcription is running, and you can ask for it to be turned off.
Analytics
We use privacy-focused analytics that do not use cookies, do not track you across websites, and do not collect personal data, which is why this site has no cookie banner.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information held about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to withdraw consent, and in certain circumstances to request erasure. Health records are subject to professional retention requirements, which can limit erasure. To exercise any right, contact info@wildclinic.co.uk.
If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
